Eastern Michigan University
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Project Type: Concrete Restoration
About this Project
We were contracted by Eastern Michigan University to perform large-scale maintenance repairs in their main parking structure over the University’s summer break. It’s actually forecasting that this project will be complete a week before our scheduled deadline.
Our team started by performing thousands of square feet of concrete repairs and over one hundred post-tension repairs. Once these items were completed, we were tasked with protecting the concrete further. Our team also furnished and installed 64,000 square feet of traffic coating at the entire second level. This traffic coating is a multi-step waterproofing and protective measure that we highly recommend for parking structures located in areas that experience freeze-thaw weather cycles; the system requires four coats along with a broadcasted aggregate for proper traction. The finished product is just incredible! Please feel free to contact our Concrete Restoration team for more information!

The Mill at Vicksburg
Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Memorial
We were honored to help build a monument in recognition of our fallen Michigan State Troopers. Being a part of this memorial is much more than just work for us, it is about giving back to those that spent every day risking their lives for our safety.
