President/CEO

Robert T. Mazur is the President and CEO of RAM Construction Services. With 43 years of extensive experience in exterior facade restoration, waterproofing, and sealant industries, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Under his leadership, RAM has successfully expanded its operations to six offices across three states. As President, Robert has oversight of each office, managing the company’s assets and liabilities. He plays a crucial role in setting strategic goals to drive the company’s success. Additionally, Robert values the trust of RAM’s customers and dedicates his time to cultivating and nurturing relationships, fostering loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Robert is a firm believer in giving back to the community. Over the years, he has consistently made contributions to numerous charitable organizations, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to philanthropy. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Western Michigan University, further enhancing his qualifications and expertise in his field.

Scott Auvenshine is the Chief Operating Officer at RAM Construction Services. As the Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing a wide range of functions, including purchasing, oversight of RAM’s vehicle fleet, management of large equipment, warehousing, and entity management. Scott’s educational background further complements his professional achievements. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, providing him with a unique perspective and a holistic approach to operations management.

Andrew Sandzik

Vice President of Restoration

Andrew Sandzik is a highly accomplished professional with 14 years of experience in the construction industry. As the Vice President of Restoration at RAM Construction Services, he has achieved remarkable success throughout his 11-year tenure at RAM, progressing from an entry-level role to his current leadership position. Andrew has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth and excellence in two of RAM’s Divisions including the Facade Restoration Division and Concrete Restoration Division. His responsibilities encompass managing office and field teams, overseeing customer relationship management, marketing initiatives, and negotiation processes. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.

Jake Piepszowski

Director of DOT

Jake Piepszowski, with a decade of service at RAM Construction Services, started as an intern in 2013 within the D.O.T. Department. Swiftly advancing through roles, he assumed responsibilities as a Project Manager/Estimator, progressed to Assistant Director, and currently serves as the Director of the Division. Jake specializes in estimating and project management, focusing on diverse bridge and road preservation initiatives, safety activities, traffic control, and facilitation of contracts with various State Department of Transportation. His leadership extends to overseeing and managing all facets of the DOT Department at RAM, showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

Joseph J. Hentnik

Vice President of New Work

Joseph J. Hentnik is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of New Work at RAM Construction Services. With a career spanning 25 years, he has gained extensive experience and knowledge in building envelope solutions. As the Vice President of the New Work division, Joseph’s primary responsibility is to manage the New Construction Division across all of RAM’s offices, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lawrence Tech. He has pursued continuous education in chemical engineering, further expanding his knowledge base and staying ahead of the latest advancements in the construction industry.

Dave Kramer

Director of Facade Restoration

Dave Kramer is the Director of Facade Restoration at RAM Construction Services. With an impressive tenure of 8 years at the company, Dave’s journey began as an intern in the Facade Resto department back in 2015. He transitioned into a full-time role in January 2017 and eventually assumed the Director’s role in 2021. Dave’s entire professional career has been committed to RAM. Areas of expertise lie in estimating, project management, and exterior masonry preservation. As the Director of Facade Restoration, Dave assumes the responsibility of managing the Facade Restoration team and overseeing the operations of the Toledo office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and has furthered his development through courses with Dale Carnegie and Karass Negotiating.

Bobby Mazur

Director of Concrete Restoration

Bobby Mazur serves as the Director of Concrete Restoration at RAM Construction Services. He began his journey with the company by working summers in the warehouse and in the field during high school. In 2012, Bobby became an intern in the Facade Restoration Department and joined the company full-time after graduating in 2016. In 2019, he transitioned to the Concrete Restoration Department and was promoted to Director in 2023. Bobby’s areas of expertise include estimating, project management, and concrete restoration. In his role at RAM, he is responsible for managing the Concrete Restoration team, providing leadership, and making strategic decisions to drive success. Bobby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and has further enhanced his skills through a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Walsh College. He has also completed courses in negotiation from Dale Carnegie and Karass.

Rob Ilijanic

Vice President of Human Resources

Rob Ilijanic is a highly experienced professional serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at RAM Construction Services. With 28 years of expertise, he has provided leadership in Human Resource structure and strategy to national and international leadership teams in multi-site corporate and divisional environments. At RAM Construction Services, Rob’s strategic approach to HR and business leadership ensures that the company remains at the forefront of industry standards and best practices. Rob’s innovative solutions drive safety initiatives, optimize administrative functions, and enhance employee training and development. He has a proven track record of instituting best practices. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.

Greg Bridwell

Safety Director

Greg Bridwell is a trained and experienced professional serving as the Safety Director at RAM Construction Services. With 17 years of experience in the industry, Greg has worked his way up the ranks within the company. He started as a field worker in 2006, became a superintendent in 2012, Director of Operations in 2018, and eventually assumed the role of Safety Director in 2021. Greg’s areas of expertise lie in providing and updating programs specific to RAM’s specialty contractor tasks to ensure a safe workplace for all workers. Greg ensures that RAM’s job sites comply with OSHA and other relevant regulations at the state, local, and industrial levels. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Corporate Fitness from Adrian College and is a certified authority on workers’ compensation. Greg also holds various training and certifications, including OSHA 30, confined space, excavations, rigging, and elevated work platforms, among others.

Katlyn Ciaravino

Director of Marketing and Business Development

Katlyn Ciaravino, with 14 years of experience in the field, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at RAM Construction Services. Her extensive expertise encompasses project and event management, integrated marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management. In addition to these skills, Katlyn brings valuable business development experience to her leadership role. At RAM, she spearheads various responsibilities, including content marketing, marketing campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and CRM marketing activities. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker College, with a specialization in Marketing and a minor in Management, enhancing her ability to devise and execute effective marketing and business development strategies.

Business Development Manager

Bill Brown is a Business Development professional with 13 years of sales experience, including 3 years in the construction and infrastructure sector. At RAM Construction Services, Bill is responsible for strategic planning, which involves identifying new markets, opportunities, and partnerships. He takes the lead in business development activities, provides guidance to the business development team, and ensures effective client relationship management. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communication Technology, with a focus on Sales Communication from Michigan State University.

Kyle Ressler

Regional Director – Cleveland

Kyle Ressler is a seasoned professional with 35 years of expertise in the construction industry. As the Regional Director of RAM Construction Services of Cleveland, he specializes in construction management, and business operations. Kyle possesses strong skills in budgeting, profit and loss management, project design, estimating, and project management. In his role at RAM Construction Services, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from ETI Technical College with a minor in Economics, obtained from the University of North Alabama.

Jeff Holmgren

Regional Director – Minnesota

Jeff Holmgren is the Regional Director at RAM Construction Services of Minnesota. With 20 years of experience in the industry, he specializes in business management and operations associated with commercial construction disciplines of work. In his role at RAM, Jeff is responsible for managing the Minnesota office and implementing the strategic vision of the company’s unique business portfolio. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business & Risk Control from the University of Wisconsin Stout. He is also a member of the Sigma Lambda Chi International Construction Honor Society Epsilon III Chapter at the University of Wisconsin Stout.
