Pointe of Bloomington New Construction Waterproofing

RAM Construction of Minnesota installed a plaza deck at the Pointe of Bloomington Senior Living complex in Bloomington, Minnesota. The project consisted of 28,000 square feet of hot applied waterproofing material and a complex tapered insulation system. The tapered insulation system consisted of 6 phases all with unique cuts and measurements. Insulation blocks ranged from 6” thick to 34” thick. RAM completed this challenging project well ahead of schedule.
