Onboarding

The RAM University orientation program guides new employees through company operations, safety equipment usage, communication protocols, and union partnerships. Depending on their experience level, employees may also receive training in basic skills like reading a tape measure, using tools, and identifying different fuel types.

Personalized Orientation Experience

RAM University collaborates with manufacturers to showcase new products through lunch and learn sessions, providing employees with the opportunity to engage directly with industry experts.

Course Spotlight

BrickLaying

Our bricklaying class gives employees the chance to learn directly from seasoned foremen and skilled bricklayers who share years of experience. Through hands‑on instruction and consistent practice, participants build confidence in proper technique while developing the speed and precision needed to deliver high quality work on every project.

There is a great deal of time and effort that goes into training our teams, and it truly makes a difference when they step onto a jobsite. The program is run just like a real project, we emphasize safety and everyone is required to be in full PPE.

It’s incredibly rewarding to share my experience and knowledge and watch them grow.

Ultimately, we want to get a trowel in their hand and build their confidence from the very start.
