I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the services provided by Garret K. and the team from RAM Construction Services. The Parking Structure Rehab project at MSP always presents many challenges when balancing a tight work schedule, customer demand for parking, and the needs of MAC Landside Operations. Garret’s cooperation throughout the scheduling/planning process, and his dedication to minimizing operational impact made the entire experience remarkably smooth.

Most importantly, Garret consistently maintained transparent and responsive communication with myself and other stakeholders, addressing our questions and concerns promptly, and ensuring we were well-informed throughout the project.

I greatly appreciate the efforts of Garret and his team and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

We would like to thank you and your team, specifically Perry S. and Ryne D. who helped us to navigate our balcony project with all its unforeseen issues that arose.

Perry S. was a major calming factor in dealing with the hiccups that we all had to navigate from parking issues, unit owner issues, major clean up and many other details that needed to be addressed. He always went above and beyond in tackling all these details and issues. He was a delight to work with, extremely responsive and communicated with the Board. He kept us informed throughout this project and was respectful of our unit owner’s needs. We can’t express how grateful we were to have him onsite as the contact person for this project.

Ryne D., as the Project Manager, did his best in navigating the needs and scheduling of the project. With the Kirtland House Board being novices in dealing with a construction project of this magnitude, we looked to him for clarity and guidance as we progressed working through this balcony project.

I just wanted to take a moment to mention what a pleasure it was to have Kaleb on the Sherwin Williams R&D project. It was difficult getting started since we had to produce an in-place mock-up for our architect’s aesthetic rep to approve. Kaleb did an outstanding job on the mock-up, and then was able to reproduce the same high quality on the rest of the project since then. Every caulk joint look fantastic. Kaleb also worked with the team on-site to complete the joints by every scheduled date and never held up any of our successor paint activities. I hope to work with Kaleb on projects in the future.

Jason provides great leadership to his crew, a valuable mind for breaking down a task and looking forward at issues that may arise all while keeping things on schedule and not sacrificing quality or safety. Since the start of the project, he has been very responsive, also very helpful when it came to our issues with the north wall and using a creative mind to help assist in some of the detailing issues with that scope. He is also not shy about speaking out if there is an issue vs taking the easier route and flicking the booger onto the next person or next trade or down the road leaving an issue for GRPS or RC to deal with making him a true team player. He has helped our team with expanding our knowledge on masonry work in general and has provided lessons that our team to take to the next project and beyond.

From the minute I met Gary I knew we would have a great experience together. He thought ahead and had projects that fit each person’s skill sets. He managed different personalities exceptionally well. Gary treated people the way he would want to be treated not lording his authority over them. Gary personally set brick, put on waterproofing and washed the brick. Nothing was beneath him, and he didn’t ask anyone to do something I didn’t see him do first.

Gary kept the jobsite clean and safe. Gary and the crew never had to be told to wear safety gear. This speaks volumes to both Ram’s safety culture and to Gary’s leadership in not letting safety slip even though the safety director was 150 miles away. He is a team player that understands workflow and the importance of coordination with other trades. He is a seasoned professional that is not just a great tradesman which he demonstrated but a great communicator and leader.

I would highly recommend Gary to anyone who would work with him in the future.

Brian M. out at Akron is performing great work. The project is more complex than typical and requires coordination across multiple decks which he handles very nicely. He always asks good questions and has great follow-thru. He is also very knowledgeable yet willing and able to expand his knowledge base and grow. Thank you for assigning him to the City of Akron project and I look forward to completing this job with him and working together again in the future. I know Akron also recognizes and appreciated his hard work and talents.

I would like to take this time and recognize Warren S. for his work on the Ford Hub project in Dearborn, MI as it relates to the foundation and under slab waterproofing and vapor mitigation systems. Warren has shown an extended dedication an effort to this project and assisted in our efforts to provide the customer with a quality product and installation. This particular project has had numerous challenges as it relates to the project design, manufacturer’s requirements, and stringent project schedule. Warren has shown an extended effort which include but not limited to immediate responsiveness to current work being put in place, issues resulting from inspections, managing and appropriating field crews for work in multiple areas, and assisting in resolving issues with the waterproofing and vapor mitigation systems. We appreciate his positive attitude on a daily basis, and consistent work ethic.

As we get closer to closing out this project I wanted to reach out and thank RAM construction and especially Aaron for all the hard work your team has accomplished. Aaron has gone above and beyond to ensure this project went smoothly and it has shown, We appreciate everything and look forward to working with you again on future projects.
