Zanesville Multipurpose Building

The Zanesville Multipurpose Building project is designed to accommodate several preschools, health clinics, community spaces for adult learning, and multiple administrative offices.

To support this functionality, we implemented a comprehensive waterproofing system. This included the installation of drainboards for effective moisture management, the application of joint sealants to ensure airtight and watertight seals, and below-grade waterproofing to protect the building foundation from groundwater infiltration.
