Oppidan 5MW Data Center

RAM Construction Services provided joint sealant installation for Oppidan's 5MW Data Center in Eagan, Minnesota.

The approximately 61,000-square-foot facility was developed as a build-to-suit data center designed to support growing demand for digital infrastructure in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul market.

RAM's scope included the installation of high-performance joint sealant systems to protect the building envelope from air and water infiltration while supporting long-term durability and weather resistance. The work was completed to meet the quality, reliability, and performance standards required within a mission critical environment, contributing to one of Minnesota's newest ground-up data center developments.
