45 Erieview Plaza – The Bell Building Facade Restoration

Once the Ohio Bell Telephone headquarters, 45 Erieview Plaza has been transformed into a luxury apartment complex. RAM Construction Services performed extensive exterior restoration, with a focus on deteriorated windows.

A custom gel-based cleaning solution was developed in collaboration with IMI, WJE, and a California-based specialist to safely remove years of discoloration without damaging the protective coating.

This was the first restoration of its kind in Cleveland. RAM overcame environmental challenges near Lake Erie using real-time wind monitoring and a custom davit system.

RAM received the Building Excellence Award from the Construction Employers Association (CEA) for this project.
