About this Project
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Project Type: New Construction Weatherproofing
For the Dinkytown McDonald’s project, we utilized advanced hot-fluid applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing techniques, known for their robustness in sealing structures against water penetration. Our team meticulously enhanced existing waterproofing systems to optimize their performance.
Additionally, we installed high-performance foundation insulation to improve thermal efficiency and implemented air barriers to prevent air leakage. Specialized coatings were applied in high-traffic areas for durable protection, while below-grade waterproofing solutions were employed to safeguard lower sections of the building from moisture ingress. These comprehensive measures ensured the long-term integrity and durability of the Dinkytown McDonald’s, effectively protecting it against water damage and ensuring structural resilience over time.
