For the Dinkytown McDonald’s project, we utilized advanced hot-fluid applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing techniques, known for their robustness in sealing structures against water penetration. Our team meticulously enhanced existing waterproofing systems to optimize their performance.

Additionally, we installed high-performance foundation insulation to improve thermal efficiency and implemented air barriers to prevent air leakage.
