Halle Building Facade Repair

For the Halle Building project, we implemented several critical maintenance and restoration tasks to enhance both its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. We installed swing stages to facilitate safe and efficient access to the building exterior, routed and sealed all open mortar joints to ensure durability and protection, and addressed skyward facing joints on decorative sandstone to preserve intricate architectural details while preventing water infiltration. Additionally, we applied caulking to provide a seamless and watertight finish to all necessary joints and seams. This comprehensive approach ensures that the Halle Building remains secure, beautiful, and well-protected against environmental wear and tear.
