The Mill at Vicksburg Facade Repair

About this Project

Location: Vicksburg, Michigan
Project Type: Facade

For a century, the Mill in Vicksburg was a huge part of the West Michigan community. The old paper mill employed generations of the Village residents before shutting down progressively from the 1980’s until 2001 and deteriorating rapidly. In 2018, the State of Michigan agreed to invest $30 million into transforming the Mill at Vicksburg, a project that is expected to create hundreds of jobs.

RAM Construction Services was selected to partner with Frederick Development and bring the Mill back to life. This project will consist of a full historic restoration, including replacing up to 100,000 brick, tuckpointing, steel replacement, and historic façade cleaning. We are so excited to be a part of this development! For more information, please check out vicksburgmill.com.
